What is the sizing like at Noa Noa?

Noa Noa fits true to size with a soft, relaxed femininity, so the size you usually wear is the size to order — the only catch is the labelling, which runs in European numbers (32–46) rather than UK 8–20. That single quirk is what trips most people up at the checkout, not the fit itself. The short answer on fit

Noa Noa is generously and gently cut. The brand itself recommends that if you fall between two sizes, you size up for a more relaxed feel — and in my experience that’s spot-on advice. Nothing here is engineered to be body-con. The silhouettes drape, skim and float rather than cling, which is the whole point of the brand.

Tops & blouses: true to size, with a roomy, easy fit through the body. If you like a defined shape, take your normal size; if you want extra swing, size up.
Dresses: true to size on the bust, then forgiving through the waist and hip. Tiered and smock styles are deliberately loose — don’t panic-size-up unless you’re between sizes.
Knitwear: the alpaca and mohair blends are soft and have plenty of give. Take your usual size and let the yarn do the rest.
Trousers & skirts: sit true to size; the waistbands (often a Noa Noa signature, made to be seen) tend to be comfortable rather than restrictive.

Decode the European sizing first

This is the bit worth slowing down for. Noa Noa labels in EU sizes, so where you’d normally reach for a UK number, you’ll see a 36 or a 40 instead. A stylist’s fitting-room wins (and one fail)

The fail? Early on, I ordered a smock blouse and sized up “to be safe” on a style that was already cut full. I drowned in it. How to style it

Balance the volume. If the top half floats, go neater on the bottom — a slim trouser or straight skirt stops a boho look tipping into shapeless.
Lean into the seasons. Linen and cotton prints for spring/summer; the alpaca knits and richer autumnal prints layered over a slip dress for the colder months.
Trust the prints. These are designed to be the focal point, so resist over-accessorising. Less really is more here.
